Pet Policy
Your furry friends are welcome here! Breed restrictions apply. Limit of 2 pets per home. Non-refundable pet fee of $350 applies for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets. Monthly pet rent of $35 will be charged per pet. We prohibit the following dog breeds (full-blooded or mixed in any percentage): Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, Chow, Doberman, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid. We also prohibit the following pets: Vicious, aggressive animals, non-domesticated animals, or exotic animals (e.g., Snakes, Rabbits, Ferrets, Monkeys, Etc.) Upon move-in or adding a pet, a pet fee is due. Pet rent, payable per pet, is due with the monthly rent. Residents should see the Pet Addendum for further rules and regulations. Service animals are not considered pets; pet fees and pet rents do not apply. Service animals are not counted toward the two-pet maximum. There is no limit on the number of service animals, provided third-party verification is obtained. Pet restrictions, listed above, do not apply to verified service animals.
