Are there breed or weight restrictions for pets?
Yes. The following breeds (full or mixed) are prohibited: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, Chow, Doberman, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid. Aggressive or non-domesticated animals (such as snakes, rabbits, ferrets, monkeys, etc.) are also not permitted.
Is there a pet deposit or monthly pet rent?
A non-refundable fee of $350 is required for one pet or $500 for two pets. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet.

What is required to apply for an apartment?
Applicants must provide valid identification, income documentation, and rental history. The application process includes verification of identity, credit score, collections and bankruptcy history, income, criminal background, eviction history, and prior housing history.
What are the qualifications to be approved?

How long does the application approval process take?
Once your application is completed and submitted, standard processing typically takes 24–48 hours.
Do you require renters insurance?
Yes. All residents must carry renters insurance. If you don’t already have coverage, we offer the option to purchase a policy directly through our platform.

Move-in and application-related fees include:

• $85 application fee
• $300 standard security deposit
• $350 non-refundable pet fee for one pet or $500 for two

When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first of each month. A five-day grace period is provided, and late fees begin on the sixth day. Flexible payment options are available through Flex—ask your leasing professional for details.
